This fully furnished apartment in Little Italy is a great place to come home to while living in New York City. The studio apartment is located on the 4th floor (same as the 3rd floor in Europe) of a building residing between Mulberry Street & Grand Street. The building is equipped with elevators, laundry facilities and a rooftop terrace.
Please note : The ground floor of this building shares space with a restaurant which can be noisy at times.
The furnished rental is composed of a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The living room has a sofa, dining table, and a queen-size bed, all along a nice hardwood floor. The room has two windows, an air-conditioner, and a flat-screen television. The kitchen has cabinet space, and is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and coffeemaker. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, and a toilet.
The streets are lined with cafés and restaurants of various cultures as well as local shops and boutiques. The building’s immediate neighborhood is also filled with many convenience stores, supermarkets, and gyms. Little Italy is close to many parks, museums, and art galleries. You can also visit the iconic Little Italy Sign that is about .1 miles (approx. 160 m) from the apartment.
The subway stations Canal Street / Broadway (lines 6, J, N, Q, R, and Z), Spring Street / Lafayette Street (lines 4 and 6), and Grand Street / Chrystie Street (lines B and D) can take you to more of your New York destinations. All three stations are less than a quarter of a mile (around 0.4 km) away.

This apartment was in a great location. I had just a few issues with the tub and with the washer/dryer but that was resolved. I was surprised at how expensive the electricity was for heat/and AC but I had nothing similar to compare it to. Close to several subway lines. It was a great experience. |
