The building also has a security system and there will be a dog in the apartment.

The kitchen is found next to the living room and is accented with wooden cabinets and tables. It contains an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffeemaker. It also has a dishwasher underneath the white countertop. The 140 sq. ft alcove (13 m2) contains a queen-size bed with sheets and contemporary furniture. The room has one window and a closet with cabinets where you can put your clothes. The bathroom has a combined shower and bathtub along with a mirror and shelves where you can store your items.
Boerum Hill is known for its homely atmosphere and is filled with many attractions. Barclays Center is about .5 miles (approx. 800 m) away and is great for sports lovers. Boerum Park is about .3 miles (approx. 480 m) away where you can experience nature and go on walks. The subway station Atlantic Avenue / Barclays Center (lines 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R) is about .4 miles (approx. 640 m) away and can take you to your destinations. Restaurants in the area include Rucola, known for its Northern Italian cuisines, about 36 ft. (approx. 11 m) away and Elberih Deli about 299 ft. (approx. 90 m) away with a variety of dining options. I loved this apartment; I was honestly sad to say goodbye! The location is incredible, with Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, Park Slope all basically within walking distance. The street is beautiful, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is kept clean, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped for longer stays. It stayed cool even as NYC weather was starting to get hotter in May. |
