I can't say how thankful and lucky we are for finding this flat. After a very stressful month finding a short term sublet in NYC, this apartment was a godsend. Beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. It is a great flat for a family of three or a couple. The area is amazing, East Village is our favourite area in NYC and this flat is so centrally located, next to great restaurants and bars and to the amazing Tompkins Square Park. Gina and Mira are extremely nice and kind, they gave us so many recommendations and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our tenancy. Our neighbours were incredibly quiet, friendly and very kind. Lisa the building manager was always very helpful when we needed something. Overall our experience was great and we highly recommend this flat! |
