Located on 11th Street & Avenue B, the two bedroom home sits on the ground floor of a 21st century walk-up building. Equipped with its very own backyard/garden area the accommodation offers a private outdoor escape rare for New York City.
- The NYC apartment boasts hardwood floors and antique-inspired amenities that add charm to the space. Take note of the vintage-esque armchairs and a dining table for four serve as décor. For cozy nights spent at home, a large flat-screen cable television and pull-out double sofa bed are provided. The living room also features a Bose Stereo System.
- The kitchen offers plenty of space to store and prepare food with efficient cabinetry and granite countertops. All of the essential cooking appliances and dishware are here, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up as well as a Slow Cooker.
- Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and direct access to the backyard through glass doors. Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
