Quiet, pleasant studio, located close to the 'F' line. Supermarket, laundry and library all a block or less away. Wireless, air conditioning and a full kitchen made it a very comfortable place to live. The building was peaceful, the other tenants friendly, and the landlady easygoing. |

This was a perfect studio for my stay in NYC. A great location, less than a minute from the 'F' subway train and within walking distance to little Italy and Soho. |

the appartment was very clean and I felt really good in it. It's close to the supermarket, close to the subway (the only drawback is that the subway in this area is not practical, theres always a problem in the F line)Otherwise Nancy the owner is very nice always here when you need her help.I really enjoyed my staying in NY. If I gotta go back to NY i would probably go in this appartment again. |

I was extremely pleased with my apartment on Essex Street. The landlady was very friendly, accommodating and professional. The apartment had everything I needed, and was very clean. The pictures on your website were great-- they represented the apartment just as it is. There is nothing I would change about my stay here or the apartment. Thank you for your assistance in finding this apartment for me. |
