“This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.”
The studio is located in the borough of Manhattan in Bowery between Broome Street and Grand Street, in Little Italy. The apartment is currently available for rent with everything you will need to enjoy your time in NYC.
The studio is located in an elevator building that will take you up to your apartment. When you first walk into the apartment you will enter through the kitchen. As you make your way into the kitchen you will see white cabinetry with a modern look. It comes equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and an oven. As you make way past the kitchen you will now enter the living room/bedroom. The first thing you will notice is the oversized factory-style window letting in the natural light. There is a double bed, too. There are also two nightstands accompanied with modern black/golden night lights. The living area has a blue reading chair and a mounted TV on the wall facing the bed. The whole studio shares the same light wood color floors and recessed ceiling lights. Finally, the bathroom comes equipped with a tub, a water closet, and towels for your use!
Living in Little Italy, you will get to experience the true New York City lifestyle. Surrounded by an endless number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, and boutique stores. There is also an abundance of famous Italian restaurants such as Emilio’s Ballato and Lombardi’s, which is the very first pizzeria in the entire country. One block away from your studio you will be able to enjoy a relaxing time at Sara D. Roosevelt Park. Within a four-block radius, there are also multiple museums for you to enjoy your time in such as the Museum of Street Art, New Museum, and the Tenement Museum. You are also surrounded by the immediate neighborhoods of the Nolita, Lower East Side and Chinatown. With the J and Z trains at Bowery Station one block away, and the B and D trains at Grand Street Station also one block away, accessibility to the rest of New York will be a breeze!
