An industrial-style building rises from a wide sidewalk near Bowery and Broome Street in Little Italy in SoHo. On the sixth floor (equivalent to the fifth floor in Europe) of this building, you will find a furnished studio apartment. The building has an elevator and laundry amenities, which is a plus in Manhattan, New York City.
You will find the main room of this apartment behind one of the industrial-looking windows which peeps out from the façade of this brick building. From this vantage you can see over the tops of many of the nearby structures. The large window sinks almost to the floor and rises almost to the ceiling. A double bed sits next to it, serving as a place from which to watch TV. The room is fully furnished. So too is the kitchen fully equipped. Here you can whip up a home cooked meal to rival any of the neighboring restaurants. There is an oven, a fridge, a freezer, and a microwave. If you do not wish to compete with the chefs of Little Italy and Chinatown, then you can flip on the coffeemaker and call it a day. The bathroom has a tub (in combination with a shower), providing a relaxing way to cap off an evening.
Half the blocks surrounding this furnished rental harbor an art gallery. The other half boast grocers and stores. You have your pick of restaurants serving Asian and Italian cuisine. If you extend the radius of your travels, you can enjoy clubs, halls, sports parks, and more galleries. The Museum of Chinese in America and the Tenement Museum are both located five blocks from the apartment (in opposite directions). Katz’s Delicatessen is located 0.6. miles (around 966 meters) from this apartment.
The two nearest subway stations are both located a block from this apartment. The J and Z trains service the Bowery station on Kenmare Street. The B and D trains service the Grand Street station on Chrystie Street. Located around a half mile (around 800 meters) away, three stations on Canal Street—the stations on Centre Street, Lafayette Street, and Broadway—run the 4, 6, J, N, Q, R, W, and Z trains.

The apartment had a lovely rooftop and balcony in unit. All the amenities were very clean and useful. I would love to stay again. |
