This apartment is in a prime location. Located next to Times Square and each subway station necessary to get around. The room is perfect for someone who needs short term housing and is constantly on the go. It does get loud from time to time but it's definitely manageable. |

Everything's fine. Owners are very helpful. Apartment in great location. Although the building is quite old, it's clean. |

Very good location to Times Square and the Garment District. The apartment is central to all subway lines. No laundry, but there is a laundromat on the corner (about a 3-5 minute walk). Tiny, but aren't all NY apartments tiny? Dishes, towels, linens included. Full size fridge. Owner was great when I had needed help. Response was quick. |

The apartment was exactly what it was billed as, and was perfect for my purposes. However, a lack of a front door bell made getting packages a chore, and is something that, I believe, would have really benefited the building. |

I'm glad your overall experience was a good one. Extra sheets (or anything else), is available upon request. Carmen and Wilson are in the building often and keep supplies in the storage room. As you are aware, they are very helpful, and always eager to please. |

So, I stayed in NYC during JUN and I would like to say that I was treated very well by Darrell and He was very helpful. I met NY Habitat through a friend and today I am certain that I got the right choice; |
