The apartment is nice and quiet, but the furniture was very old / broken. The price was (too) high but the location was great. |

He came from the beginning asking for changes, alleging back problems, I have to change other chairs and additional table, he also requested from me to provide him a very expensive designed chair I have in my office. I always try to make my Tenants happy so I did provide all this extra demands, without any problem, but it happened that he or his guests destroyed my Marcel Breuer chair beyond any repair without any explanation or payment. |
