Very cozy room in the heart of Upper East Side (just between Lennox Hill and Yorkville) within an apartment where you have all the amenities you need for living. Plus, there is a separate entrance which adds to the privacy and a wonderful newyorkish street view which adds to the overall living experience. Outside you've got 5 mins walk to 77th 6 line subway station and plenty of shops, groceries, bars, restaurants and pharmacies around (including cheap street food and pizza). Also there is only 10 minutes walk to the Central Park to the West and 5-7 minutes walk to the East River riverside park and a public pool to the East. Definitely the best price/quality option in the area. |
