Hello Teresa. I apologize that you found the apartment to be dirty. I am surprised that you felt that way since you stayed for three months. Please keep in mind that there are three people living in the apartment and all of them are expected to do their share of the cleaning. Furthermore, a cleaning lady comes in once every two months to clean top to bottom for no extra charge to my guests. There is only one room that I use to work in, but the kitchen, bathroom, and dining room are all available. The dining room has both a table and a couch. I tried to be available at any time that you had a question and we had conversations and shared meals, I also suggested restaurants and called them for you, but I am sorry that you felt I was not available. Of course, I try not to be intrusive so that my guests can have their privacy when necessary. |

I'm quite satisfied with the roommate share, small snag regarding the neighborhood (quite noisy) and the accommodation cleanliness. On the other hand, the location is ideal, only 15 min from times square with the subway, and the landlady and the roommates are very kind. |

This apartment is in Manhattan and tenants should be aware that it might be noisy; I do not have control over that. As far as cleaning, I bring someone in every two months for heavy duty cleaning, and clients are informed that they should clean up after themselves. |
