Pat is the most wonderful, patient, and hospitable person that you will ever meet. She is incredibly helpful and please don't hesitate in asking her any questions. She knows Harlem very well. Her home is beautifully furnished and looked after by an individual who is the fifth generation to be living at Graham Court. You feel Pat?s spirit in this house. The location is convenient to anywhere. The price range is very reasonable, considering the challenges of finding a room in Manhattan. Central Harlem is a great neighborhood to live in for you get a greater sense of its liveliness, past and present. If I ever were to move back to Manhattan, I would strongly consider Pat?s home to live in again! Thank you Pat for giving me the best of introductions to Harlem. |

I never felt at home in this apartment. I think that the owner is too intrusive and only interested in your money. Things have to be done her way which makes it difficult to feel comfortable in the apartment. For instance, there is a washing machine in the apartment but she never let me use it which I don't find very nice considering the fact that the rent is expensive. |

I'm sorry you didn't feel at home here, Manon. I think what you are refering to is the guest fee I charged you, it was in our contract and I even agreed to lower it for you, so I am surprised by your comments. With regards to the washing machine, I have one not on the premise which unfortunately is not available to guests. However, there is a place very close by where you can do laundry. Thank you for your feedback. |

The owner is a wonderful woman. Actually, I had stayed the apartment for 6 months, and I could spend cozy & comfortable with the room because the owner really helpes me all the time. The room and kichen are exactly same as pictures. Everything is neat, clean & organized well. Also, There are a separate room for kitchen & shower room that only I can use ,so there are everything what I wanna it. Perfect!! |

Pat was very helpful. She's a very pleasant woman. The neighborhood is quiet, and there's everything near the apartment. We felt very comfortable. |

Thank you for your feedback Francisco! My apartment page is not advertised as providing a proper living room, as for the kitchen it is a kitchenette, however I will buy an exhaust fan to extract the possible smells. |

The room was as in the pictures illustrated just lovely. I stayed here half a year and it always felt like home. I really enjoyed the stay there. Also because of the the landlady. She was really nice and always helped me out. We became really good friends. |

It was a pleasure having the two young ladies with me they both said they will return. The parents gave me a visit for a few hours and were very pleased with their childrens' home in Harlem. |

When I first came to this apartment I was only 20 years old. My only idea of staying in this apartment was for 6 months. To get my shoes in place and to settle down in New York. |
