This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Upper West Side New York City roommate share. Located on Columbus Ave and West 106th St, this 792-square-foot (around 74 m2) apartment share sits on the second floor (equivalent to the first floor in Europe) of a no-elevator building. The space includes a washing machine and dryer!
The shared living space is outfitted with furniture that complements an exposed brick wall and the dark hardwood flooring. This living room is complete with a sofa as well as a television. Behind the living room is an open concept kitchen, equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. Bedrooms 1 and 3 contain queen sized beds, while bedroom 2 contains a full-sized bed. All three bedrooms also include a desk and windows to let in natural light. The bathroom is also beautifully decorated and includes a standing shower covered in marble tile.
The Upper West Side is one of New York’s most beloved residential areas, yet it is packed full with things to get you out of the house. In addition to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, there are grocery stores and the Morningside Farmers Market (five blocks away). For a night out, consider Paint N' Pour, a well-reviewed cocktail bar and painting experience that is only 0.5 miles (around 800 meters) away! To get to Central Park is a 2-block walk.
Ride to the far reaches of New York City on the subway. 103rd Street and Broadway station is 0.4 miles (around 644 meters) from this shared apartment. It runs the 1 train. 0.3 miles (around 483 meters) away, you can catch the C and B trains at 103rd Street and Central Park West. You can catch the A, B, and C trains at Cathedral Parkway and Central Park West the same distance away.
