This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor.

These accommodations are located in a building with hotel-like amenities which combine the advantages of a private apartment and the advantages of a hotel with additional features such as 24h front desk assistance and elevators.

This studio apartment is located in Midtown West near Times Square.

The living room area has a sofa, dining table with two chairs and an entertainment center with a TV and cable. There is also a double sized bed in the living room.

The kitchen is open to the living room and includes the basics. There is a range, microwave and refrigerator. A coffee maker and toaster are provided. The basic dishes, pots, pans and utensils are available.

The bathroom is standard and includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.

The apartment hotel is located near Times Square. There are many restaurants, tourist attractions and shops in the area. The subways are convenient on 6th, 7th and 8th Avenues as well as Broadway.

Please note that this building is in a very busy, central location and many of the units may be noisy at many hours of the day.

The apartment was in a great location but it was a little smaller than we had anticipated. Maybe it would have been nice to know the square footage in advance.

The bellmen were really nice but the front desk was not as helpful, and the building was a little hard to find.

I am very sorry that your stay was not satisfactory to your standards. We take pride in our building and our service. Our front desk staff is her to help you with your check in and check out, along with any questions you may have. If you encountered an issue, it would be helpful if you could provide a name or names, so this issue can be addressed.

You mentioned having a hard time finding our building. Manhattan is a big city and can take time getting acclimated to the surroundings. I am certain once you were here, you had no issue at all. The location is incredible as you now know. The rooms for NY Standards are compatible if not better, than most New York City Apartments.

As all of rooms types vary in size, we do not provide the square footage of our rooms. You reserved a studio apartment with a queen bed. This room sleeps a maximum of 2. For future reference, we do offer larger apartments.

Hopefully you will give us another try and book a different room type that would offer you more space.

The location is optimal. The room is comfortable in NYC standard. The equipment in the kitchen is a minimal but enough to cook a quick meal.

The major drawback is noise.

Rooms are either on the street and deliveries start at 6:30 am or on the back of the building, windows openning on ventilation systems of buildings around. Very hot too.. event with radiator closed and no way to modify the temperature.
