Located on Broadway and 54th Street, the furnished studio accommodations sit within a 62-story elevator high-rise with full-time doorman. Entrance to the building leads to an ultra-modern lobby featuring a 24-hour market, where tenants can find basic necessities and a start-of-the-day coffee! There is a café bistro on the 4th floor and a bar with outdoor terrace accessible from the 5th floor. On the 35th floor, tenants will find perhaps the most useful of these amenities: a shared laundry room and fitness center.
Each room offers a king-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of either the Times Square area, the Hudson River or Central Park. These windows provide the space of about 250sqft (23sqm) with natural illumination during the midday. Amenities include a flat-screen cable television, armchair and a fully equipped kitchenette with cabinetry and a dishwasher for maximum convenience.
