These accommodations are located in a building with hotel-like amenities, which combine the advantages of a private apartment and the advantages of a hotel with additional features such as on-site laundry facilities, a gym and handicap access as well as a 24-lobby attendant.

The furnished studio suites are located on Sixth Avenue and West 39th Street in Midtown West, Manhattan in a 34-story high-rise elevator building. Carpeted floors and large windows are presented in the main living space of this vacation rental, allowing some sunlight to brighten the modern accommodation. Near one end of the room, a queen-sized bed with sheets presents comfortable sleeping space. On the other end, a double-sized sofa bed and chair create a recreational area. Accessories include a cable television, a ding table/bar, and a dresser for item storage.

A kitchenette presents dark wood cabinetry. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. For your convenience, a dishwasher is included. Please Note: A burner/hot plate can be made available upon request but there is no formal oven. A full set of dishes and glassware is provided.

The tiled bathroom of this vacation rental supplies a full-sized tub/shower with curtain. Cabinet space and fresh towels are provided.
