The apartment is situated in the 15th area of Paris, between Avenue Emile Zola and Rue du Commerce, very lively street with market and various shops.

Less than 10 minutes by metro is the Invalides, or Place de la Concorde with its majestic Obelisk. The Eiffel Tower is about six metro stations far from the apartment (or a 15 minutes walk). There are also some green parks in the area, and in a 100 meters distance is rue de Vaugirard, where there are all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is located in a well kept pre war building having an elevator, that leads you to the 4th floor , then some steps to go to the apartment, and a security system. The apartment is West/East oriented, has doubled glazing windows with shutters and curtains. It has parquet floor except in the bathroom and the kitchen that are tiled.
