Paris Apartment - Alcove Studio in Canal Saint Martin (PA-2667)

You can stay right by the Canal Saint Martin with this furnished apartment on rue de la Grange aux Belles and Quai de Jemmapes in the 10th arrondissement! The alcove studio is situated on the fourth floor (5th in the USA) of a walk up building from 1890 with two intercom systems. The unit was recently renovated in July 2015.

Entering the 25m² (approx. 270 sq.ft.) studio, you'll find a corridor with the kitchen and the bathroom straight ahead. The separate kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a small refrigerator with a freezer. You can enjoy homemade meals in the dining area, which has a table and two chairs. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.

The 10m² (approx 110 sq. ft.) sleeping space is decorated in white for a clean modern atmosphere. The room has a window facing the courtyard and a double bed.The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin with a mirror and a chemical toilet. Please note that the chemical toilet can be easily damaged if used for the disposal of anything other than toilet paper. The windows are equipped with blinds and are double-paned for sound and heat insulation. At your disposal are a number of extra storage options, an iron and an ironing board.
