Also in this area is the royal Place des Vosges famous and hailed for the harmony of its architecture, where, at number 6 lived the world famous French novelist Victor Hugo. The 25m² living room is furnished with a wooden bench, a single size sofa bed, a leather sofa, a wooden coffee table, an antique style desk, a wooden dining table with its matching chairs and a Home theater system. There are also a decorative fireplace and two windows overlooking a courtyard.
The 10m² bedroom has one window, which overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, an antique style sideboard, a bedside table and a built-in closet and shelves.
The kitchen has one window and is equipped with four gas burners, a combo microwave / traditional oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also an antique style sideboard, which contains a bar.
The tiled bathroom has a washbasin and a bathtub accessible through a flight of stairs. There is a laundry machine (combo washer / dryer).
The separate toilet is tiled as well.
The nearest metro station is Chemin Vert (line 8).
Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
