Nearby is the large and unique Saint Ouen flea market, open every weekend from Friday to Monday. Six metro stops away is the celebrated Champs Elysees Avenue, the Seine River, the Madeleine, and the Opera Garnier

This 11m² (approx 115 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the third floor (fourth in the USA) of a walk-up 1930s building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system. This opens into a corridor leading to the courtyard. From there a door opens into another corridor leading to an old staircase. The apartment has a western exposure and a tiled floor.

Layout:

The entrance door opens directly into the living room and the open kitchen. The shower cabin is located in front of the entrance door. At the end of the room, a door opens into the separate toilet.

The 10m² (approx 105 sq. ft.) living room has a window, which overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a wooden dining table with two chairs and a built-in closet with sliding doors.

The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners topped by a cooker hood and a small refrigerator.

Next to the kitchen’s worktop is the shower cabin.

The toilet is separated from the rest of the room.

The nearest metro station is Brochant (line 13).
