This apartment is close to the privileged Madeleine district, a few steps from the Opera Garnier and from the luxurious Place Vendôme, known for its renowned jewelers. Also nearby are important points of interest such as the Louvre, the Seine, Place de la Concorde, and Champs Elysées Avenue. It is also very close to Place Clichy and the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret. The neighborhood is filled with elegant shops, gorgeous restaurants, very nice cafés, and other services; there are also local well-known open-air markets such as the one on Rue de Levis.

The French door has rolling shutters and curtains and opens onto a balcony overlooking the courtyard with an eastern exposure; it offers a nice view of Paris rooftops.
