The location is excellent - not far from rue Montorgueil and the wonderful markets, not far from Les Halles, close to the metro, close to the theatres. You can hear some noise from the boulevard, especially when the windows are open, but it didn't bother us too much. The apartment itself is very well maintained (and contains a lot of art), and the owner and her son were very responsive and friendly. The apartment is painted all white (not pink as the photo shows - it's a lot better). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay. |

Thank you! The apartment had indeed been renovated. New photos were taken and have now been updated to reflect the apartment as it is with its new coat of paint, design and layout. |

The appartment is well equipped, and you will find everything required for a long stay. You just need to be careful in case you have kids, because there is a number of fragile decoration items. The appartment is located in the third floor, without a lift, but this is usual in Paris. Location is good, very near to the metro station (lines 8 and 9). The owners established clear rules regarding expenses and payments, and returned us the deposit money correctly. |
