The tenant will have private access to his bedroom / living area (bedroom in photos). The kitchen, bathroom and office space (living room in photos) will be shared with the roommate of the apartment. The roommate will not be occupying the apartment any more than 1 week per month. The rest of the time Bedroom 2 will be locked.
