This furnished, one bedroom apartment is located in the Marais, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris on the intersection of rue du Parc Royal and rue Elzévir. The apartment is situated on the 2nd (3rd for Americans) of 4 floors and has an elevator. Upon entering the building, you’re greeted by a beautiful, lush, green courtyard that is secured from the street by a security system and intercom. You will cross the courtyard and enter the apartment building which is separated by yet another security system. The residence features South East exposure over the same courtyard.
Once entering the bedroom, you will immediately notice the beautiful hardwood floors that are further illuminated due to a large window that overlooks the courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed, an antique armoire with a mirror on it – giving the room a much larger and luminous feel. In the corners, you will find a small work table and a television equipped with cable. You have a straight view onto the courtyard from this room. The living room disposes of the same hardwood floors and large floor to ceiling windows as the bedroom. The space is wide and is naturally separated into two sections. Upon entering the room, you will see a library to your right and an antique dining table in front of you. To your left, you will find a living room area with a large sofa, two antique armchairs and a large armoire. From here, you can access the kitchen, which is separated into a quiet corner. The kitchen has been fully renovated in 2014 and disposes of all basic amenities, including a hot plate, an oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. This room also has a large window that lets in a lot of light and looks onto the courtyard. There are two bathrooms in this residence. The first has a bidet and bathtub. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. Overall, the property is well maintained and located in a very quiet area of Paris within a luminous apartment. A parking spot is also available should the tenant desire (additional fees may apply).
