If you want to go for a relaxing stroll, the Jardin des Plantes is just a couple of blocks from the apartment. It belongs to the Musée National d'Histoire Naturelle. Also very close to the apartment is the Grande Mosquée de Paris with a prayer room, a school and a library. You can also enjoy a hot bath in its hamam and the garden café with delicious mint tea and oriental sweets is a very popular hangout in the summer.
