Little calm street situated between rue de l’Arbalete and rue Jean Calvin.
One of the most youthful areas of Paris placed a few steps from the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral, the “Quartier Latin” is so called because all communication between students and teachers took place in Latin language from the Middle Age until the French Revolution. Here is part of the famous Boulevard Saint Germain with its sophisticated fashion shops and selected restaurants. In addition, there are nice pubs and cafes, the well-known Maubert open-air market and, a little farther, the Mouffetard open-air market, with all French specialties, fresh French baguettes and pastries, seafood, choice fruits, vegetables, and unique sorts of cheeses. All around there are many other convenience stores, other selected restaurants and cafes, and supermarkets.
Located on the 1st floor of an 18th century walk up building provided with a security system and a full time caretaker this tastefully decorated studio apartment is south exposed, has almond green walls and a nice tiled floor, 2,57m high ceiling, and two double glazing windows ornate with nice curtains faces the silent courtyard.
The living room is furnished with two 0,80cm wide single beds put side by side, bedside lamps standing on the floor, two leather armchairs, a glass top square coffee table, a round dining table with two velvet bottomed chairs, a recessed closet, a TV with a DVD player, and a telephone.
Immediately to the right side of the main door is the open kitchen it is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, a round stainless steel sink, in addition to the cupboards and drawers above and below the countertop containing the necessary utensils.
Light grey, the bathroom has a tiled shower cabin screened by a synthetic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin with large mirror above and recessed wall shelves below, toilet, and, and a small window protected by a rolling blind.
The closest metro station is Censier Daubenton (line 7)

[...] I am extremely pleased to let you know I could not have had a better experience. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, and [...] the landlady was very sweet and caring. The experience I had going through New York Habitat was also very pleasant, and easy. Thank you for your concern. |
