Here is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental in Invalides, Paris! It is a loft apartment situated on the top floor of a 6-floor Haussmannian building which does have an elevator. This building is located near Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg between Rue Louis Codet and Rue Chevert (7th Arrondissement).
A place to cook all of your favorite meals, the open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, and toaster. The living room includes a sofa and a dining table, a great spot to relax or enjoy those home-cooked meals. Large sliding wooden doors–a compliment to the exposed wood found throughout the accommodation–separate the bedroom from the kitchen and living room. When you enter this bedroom, you will find a double-size bed. The bathroom, which is situated near the bedroom, has a walk-in shower. Other features include hardwood flooring and a washing machine and dryer in the unit.
Step outside to explore Les Invalides, a green and airy area of the 7th Arrondissement, and beyond. A cobbled street lined with shops and restaurants, Rue Cler is 500 meters (around 0.3 miles) from the accommodation. The renowned open air market at Avenue de Saxe is 900 meters (around 0.6 miles) away. The Eiffel Tower, and beneath it the Champ de Mars, is located 1.5 km (around 1 mile) from the accommodation. Finally, Musee d'Orsay, an art museum which showcases paintings, sculptures, and decorative objects produced between 1848 and 1914, is l.7 km (around 1 mile) away.
For public transportation around Paris, head to the La Tour Maubourg metro station, serving the 8 line, which is 250 meters (around 0.2 miles) from the accommodation.

The apartment is in a great location with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The only potential issue: the apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. I would highly recommend the apartment. We walked to all of the main museums and there were plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. |

The family was wonderfully gracious and the apartment location and views were amazing. Lots of stairs, but that's Paris. |
