Paris Accommodation - Studio in Arsenal, Le Marais - Notre Dame - Hôtel de Ville (PA-2785)

Wonderful place to call home-- quiet, comfortable, clean. Especially loved the location, convenient to metro and busses with a short walk. No oven but microwave and all other conveniences in a compact space.

WiFi worked well and 5 English channels on TV.

Owner was friendly and accommodating. Elevators always worked. Good security.

We were overall very pleased with the apartment, its location, appearance, brightness, and comfort. The owner was responsive to our couple of emails before arriving and greeted us outside the apartment, showed us how appliances worked and even labelled the steps to follow in using the microwave and the washing machine.

She also assembled and left for us a few pieces about Paris helpful to tourists.

The only thing we would have wished for was a softer, more comfortable bed and puffier pillows.

We had one key and I took very good care of it.

The only improvement I could think of would be to have someone that lived in the building that we could contact if something went wrong. Nothing went wrong and our land lady was very nice and accommodating. We were very comfortable there.

Great location. Friendly & helpful owner. Great apartment with all equipment needed. Very safe & secure.

Only downside....& this was just because of the heat wave.....very hot & stuffy.....could do with at least a couple of fans....if not air conditioning.

She was able to negotiate favorable terms for the two-week use of the apartment I wanted in a delightful and convenient location. My stay was wonderful, the location was perfect and the landlady was very helpful and kind in her welcoming me to the apartment. It was particularly helpful to have been able to communicate with the apartment owner by email prior to arriving.

I was glad I found your site on the internet when searching for a place to stay. Your photos of the units and precise descriptions of facilities, location and fees were accurate and informative and very helpful to me in choosing an apartment. My Apartment was great - nice size - clean. The owner was completely pleasant. No problems at all.

It was realy OK, as it was shown in the pictures and very well located (central, clean, safety).
We hope that the owner is pleased, also.
