Enjoy a unique location for your Paris stay with this three bedroom apartment on Quai de Bourbon between Pont Louis Philippe and Pont St Louis on the Ile St Louis, one of the most select and beautiful Paris neighborhoods. This 102m² (approx. 1,090 sq. ft.) fully furnished apartment is situated on the first floor (second floor to Americans) of an 18th century walk-up building with an intercom and a concierge.
This picturesque apartment is complete with hardwood flooring, exposed wooden beams and a small private balcony overlooking the Seine River. The 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) living room has two river-facing windows and antique décor with a marble fireplace and vintage furniture. Furnishings include a queen-size sofa bed, armchairs, a dining table for six, and a cable TV for your entertainment.
There is a second dining table in the separate kitchen, which is ready with all the necessary cooking equipment you’ll need for making home-cooked meals, including a dishwasher and oven. The first and third bedrooms offer guests canopy beds with queen-sized mattresses (160cm), while the second bedroom has two bunked single beds, perfect for children! You’ll find one full bathroom, two separate WCs and a French salle d’eau with just a shower. There is also a washing machine in the apartment for your convenience.
Well-positioned for exploring both the Right and Left banks of the Seine River, the Ile Saint-Louis has a unique charm and atmosphere.
- Right on the island, you’ll find French dining at l’Ilot Vache (350m/.2mi), art spaces like Galerie DDG (300m/.2mi) and entertainment at the Theatre de l’Ile Saint-Louis (300m/.2mi).
- Venturing onto the Right Bank, you’ll find the popular Marais neighborhood (600m/.4mi) and major destinations like the Centre Pompidou (1km/.6mi).
- Or, heading past Notre Dame de Paris (350m/.2mi) to the Right Bank you can explore the Latin Quarter (1km/.6mi), with sights like the Panthéon (1.1km/.7mi).

My family and I were very pleased with the vacation rental in Paris and the service we received from NY Habitat in April 2007. As the building is at the edge of the River Seine, we had a wonderful view of it from the large apartment windows. In the neighborhood we found everything we needed, including Notre Dame and Berthillon. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has many facilities. We are renting another apartment from NY Habitat on August 2009. |
