With this modern one bedroom apartment on the beautiful Côte d’Azur, you’ll have an unforgettable vacation in the South of France! The vacation rental accommodation can be found on the third floor of a unique residential development right on the Mediterranean Sea in the charming French Riviera town of Villeneuve Loubet, just outside of Nice. This luxury building is complete with a doorman, security system, and shared gardens.
You’ll enter the apartment through the bedroom, which is furnished with a pull-out trundle bed accommodating two people. The main room maximizes available space with a second pull-out bed, this one a single daybed that transforms into a double with the help of a pull-out mattress. A full-screen cable TV provides entertainment and there is wifi internet access.
The open kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook at home with ease: a sink, electric stovetop, combination microwave-oven, toaster and coffeemaker. There’s even a four-person dining table where you can enjoy your meals, as well as another table outside on the private balcony.
