The Mistral Square is right at the bottom of the hill on the beach, where green trees meet the sand and sun of the ocean. The marina is also a quick walk from the apartment, 500 m away on the other side of the hill that the Suquet sits on.  Catch a ferry from here to get to Saint-Tropez or one of the other islands in the Bay.

The apartment is located just 750 m (a 10 minute walk) from the Palais des Festivals, making this a perfect place to stay while you're enjoying one of the conventions, festivals or events that Cannes is so famous for. Being so close to the city center, it's easy to get anywhere you like, walking to the train station or hopping on a bus. A comprehensive bus network connects the Provence region, making a day trip to Nice, Monaco or Marseille easy.
