This three bedroom apartment is located in Nice, the gem of the French Riviera. This fully furnished apartment can be found near the Vieux Port on the 2nd floor (considered 3rd floor in the U.S.) of a walk-up building. There is an intercom, eastern and western exposure and a view of the sea!

You enter this Nice apartment through a long corridor leading to the living room, where you’ll find a large sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a dining table for 4. There is also a TV and a stereo system with CD player. The open kitchen is equipped with a counter, gas burners, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher.

The large bathroom has a bathtub, a separate stall shower and a washbasin with mirror. There is also a separate WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, a wardrobe and a TV. The other two bedrooms are furnished with single beds. This apartment also has the convenience of a washing machine.

Old Town (Vieux Nice), nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the Baie des Anges, contains a treasure trove of Baroque art from the 17th and 18th centuries. There are many churches among the narrow streets of this fascinating and timeless district of Nice.
