Owner was welcoming, good location in London. You can clearly hear what's going on in the other rooms (a bit noisy from the street, but a noisy from one room to the as well). |

Welcome is excellent. The building's common areas (corridors) are a bit outdated and badly ventilated. The apartment wall-to-wall carpet could be changed. |

We put two stars for the building because of the lack of a car park whilst it was specified in the description, which is why we chose this apartment since we were traveling by car. As a consequence we had to park our car in a hotel car park, which cost us £67 - not initially planned in our budget. Do you intend to refund this extra cost? |

New York Habitat apologises for not clarifying at time of booking that parking is available but is not included in the rental price. We have amended our website to avoid future misunderstandings. |

A bit noisy as the ambulance sirens are frequent in the street... But the accommodation is really good, clean, beautiful and light... Still a bit small for 6, ideal for 4. |

This feedback was conveyed to the owner. Traffic around this area can be noisy at times. As noted in the description, there is a sofabed in the living room which can accommodate the 5th and/or 6th person, if needed. |

I'd like to thank NYHabitat for making my family's trip to London (and our first trip overseas) a delightful success. I was quite concerned having rented an apartment online, but the apartment in Earl's Court was perfect for a family of four on a budget: we didn't have to pay for two hotel rooms, and were able to save money (and satisfy finicky eaters) by making many of our own meals. It was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities one could ask for - and was conveniently located close to an underground station so we were able to get practically anywhere easily. |
