Offering a neutral color scheme of grey, white, beige, and black, it embraces an ambiance of elegance. High-end appliances such as a laundry washer/dryer combo, large flat-screen television, and vitro ceramic burners add convenience to your stay. Additional amenities include a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, and a round dining table for four. The kitchenette is open to the living room and provides stainless steel cooking appliances.
Please Note: The bedroom is only 6’ft wide. Due to its prime location, this apartment could be noisy at times.

The apartment is in a prime location between Midtown & the Upper East Side. The owner was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. The reason why I gave it a 3 in the noise level, is again because of its prime location. I stayed here during a work assignment where I was sleeping during the day, and it could get pretty loud outside with the hustle & bustle. |

The location of the apartment can't be beat. I could get to pretty much anywhere easily due to being right at one of the subway stops and just 3 blocks away from another. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The washer/dryer combo in unit was a big luxury that I appreciated. Probably, my favorite thing in the apartment was the shower. The rain shower head and pressure were excellent. I'd definitely stay again if I needed an apartment in NYC. |
