This apartment was one of the best located apartments I could ask for close to all major subway routes, within walking distance of Central Park and some of New York's finest museums. It overlooks a courtyard with a beautiful tree and lots of greenery in the summer, and while sirens were seldom heard, the hum of aircons cannot be avoided. The kitchen is well equipped and the wifi is super fast making connectivity awesome including for watching online movie platforms such as Netflix and TribecaShortlist. The building is very quiet and very well maintained. The landlady is a delight, always smiling, accommodating and hospitable in every way possible. This apartment became my home away from home for the 8 months that I was in New York and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to rent.
