Apartment located near several subway lines, Central Park, museums and theaters. It overlooks the courtyard and is quiet. You will quickly forget the noise of the ventilation. The apartment is very functional, has storage space and is tastefully furnished. It has a very efficient fan in the bedroom (air conditioning in the living room). I have hardly ever heard my neighbors, except when they came down the stairs. The landlord is very kind and responsive. I have felt at home during three years. Don't hesitate to rent this apartment! |

As this was my first experience with New York Habitat I have to say I thought it was fantastic. I was travelling from London and found this accommodation perfect for what I needed it for. It had everything I needed for a full 2 months stay and the owner Cathy was wonderful. On arrival I was shown through the apartment and also welcomed into her restaurant downstairs 'Le Veau d'Or' which I visited frequently and can strongly recommend to anyone choosing to stay here. Cathy also offered help and was available whenever I needed so I never felt at any point I couldn't ask something. The apartment is in a great location, close to Central Park and the subway is right outside the door so there is easy access to anywhere you need to get to in NYC. Overall I was extremely happy with my stay and would gladly stay here again if I ever return. |

This apartment is absolutely perfect. The landlady is very nice and attentive. The apartment is ideally located, 3 blocks from Central Park, and the subway is just in front of the building. I am staying in this apartment for another month but I am already sad to leave this place. |
