New York Apartment - Studio in Chelsea (NY-10812)

This apartment has everything that we need. You can live comfortable life from the first day you arrive here. It is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi environment, comfortable bed, small tables and chairs, kitchen, plates and cups, towels, and an air conditioner. Although the air conditioner and the ventilating fan might not work smoothly, all the other environment is quite comfortable and amazing. In addition, the owner is really kind and great.

Apartment is very well furnished. But the sofa/bed is old and not the most comfortable. Consumes more space than regular furniture. Very comfortable kitchen and comes will all the equipments. Efficient bathroom layout. Skylight is amazing. AC could be better, it takes a long time to turn back on once the thermostat does it's job. Overall, a comfortable apartment with friendly neighbors. The owners are friendly and the best.

Small but cozy studio apartment, clean, sufficient natural light, in a very nice old brick building. Perfect location in Chelsea, close to Meatpacking District, Highline Park, Chelsea Market and Hudson River, in a very lively neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Certainly no luxury apartment, but a great place to stay for a few months.

Really enjoyed my time there! Gloria and Frank are great landlords, always helpful in case there are any issues.

The owners are very nice people as well as everyone in the building. The only thing that could be worked on is the TV and the internet. For the rest everything else was great!

Exactly what I was looking for. I didn't rate anything as "excellent" because its not a luxury apartment, but it was perfect for me.

Everything worked, the skylight was great, bed was fine for one but a little soft for two (my wife joined me a few times during the month). Gloria and Frank are great landlords - they live right downstairs so anything you need can generally be worked out.

I'd rent it again in a New York minute if I have the opportunity to come back to the city for another extended stay. Although I'd really love to be in the middle of Greenwich Village, but that would be the ONLY reason I wouldn't rent this one again.

The Chelsea apartment was extremely well located in town in a quiet [street] planted with trees. This allowed a very easy hub-tour of Manhattan and surroundings.

The lively neighbourhood is full of good addresses (bars, restaurants, Chelsea Market, french bakeries and the finest pastry shops) and served by the main subway and bus lines.

The room is bright and highly functional. Perfect for a young couple. It was quiet if the windows were closed, except when the fire station located 2 blocks away suddenly wakes up in the early morning. But this is NYC and we love it for that too! Bring a sleeping mask (against light).

The owners were adorable with warm hospitality. New York Habitat was simply perfectly professional and attentive to my request.

I would recommend it to all my friends and entourage.

This studio apartment is in the BEST location. It is in the heart of Chelsea, half way between uptown and downtown and an easy walk to 23rd Street Metro and 14th Metro. The room is small (like all studio apartments) but plenty big enough for two and is light and bright and well fitted out.

The owners of the building are the BEST. Friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. I loved staying there and can't wait to return

My opinion can t be more favorable, the studio is like you say (for me very important), is clear, clean....... But the most important is the attitude of the proprietors, that with her respect, assistance and kindness, helped to make my stay absolutely comfortable and increase my good opinion about your work!
