I only have good things to say about my experience in this apartment. The location was excellent (located close to the High Line, Chelsea Market, and the subway among other things). Gloria, the landlord, was always nice and available if needed. The apartment was move-in ready, and there wasn't anything I needed in terms of pots/pans, towels, etc. Everyone in the building was extremely friendly, and I would definitely stay at this location again. It was a great way to experience New York, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean/pleasant/safe place to stay! |

Renovations in the apartment above made it very difficult to stay home (for work, etc.) on weekdays. However, according to the landlords, this work should be finished soon. Otherwise very quiet, although extremely well located in Manhattan. Landlords very cordial, I was very glad to meet them and we got along very well. |

Benedikt, it was a pleasure having you as a neighbor. You were always courteous and that which you told us of your research seemed very interesting. Regarding the renovation of the apartment, had you told us at any time that you wanted to work from home, we would have been happy to have our handyman do something quiet on that day such as spackle, paint or grout tile. At this time the renovation is almost complete and we will be furnishing the apartment and putting it on the market soon. |

I must say thank you to Frank and Gloria, the owners. It was such a great experience to stay in NYC. They are so sweet and helpful and everything went according to plan. There was no worries during the stay and the location is just amazing. |

Rent is expensive, but just like everywhere else! Apartment is very well situated! Neighborhood is great during the day and very highly at night. Small issue with the freezer that ices up A LOT. Owners were great....! (they speak French). Waiting for my deposit back... |

The owner contacted us to confirm she will check the freezer but she would have like to be warned earlier in order to defrost it during the renter's stay. Owners have 30 days to return the security deposit, but further to this review, she accepted to return part of it immediately to reassure the renter, and the remainder after calculating the utilities. |

My daughter has [enjoyed the apartment in] New York, and all went for the better. I would have preferred that the deposit was refunded all before departure of my daughter, but I hope that I still receive what remains soon. |
