We lived in this apartment for just over a month and loved it. There was a lot of space, everything we needed (and things we didn't need), and it was on a quiet street. It was close to the subway, and while the neighbourhood is fairly quiet, there was a lot to discover around there. Our 15 month old enjoyed all the playgrounds that were nearby and the parks. We ended up having to isolate for 5 days in the apartment, and the outdoor area was a lifesaver! The landlord was very responsive to our questions and maintenance requests. We will definitely stay here next time we come to the city. |

Thee overall stay in this apartment was excellent especially the owner (Paula) is extremely friendly, cooperative and helpful. I would love to stay again in this apartment if I make another visit plan to New York city. My children also enjoyed a lot during our stay in this apartment. We felt like this was our home. Everything was well organized like a good hotel :) |
