Prospect Park also offers free concerts in the summer so make sure to check the calendar of events!
• Greenwood Cemetery: You might not associate a cemetery with a romantic stroll, but, with its hills, valleys, glacial ponds and paths as well as the highest point in Brooklyn, this National Historic Landmark is exactly that!
• Shopping and dining: you'll find numerous options on 5th and 7th Avenues. The Austrian Café Steinhof, the Italian Al Di La, American Applewood or Sidecar are all located less than a mile away (1.6 km). The 7 Avenue / 9 Street subway station is served by lines F and G. The F train will take you to Manhattan, through the trendy Lower East Side, Midtown Manhattan, and all the way to Queens.
