This four bedroom apartment is composed of 3 floors in a townhouse in Park Slope, Brooklyn. It features a private backyard with terrace and BBQ, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 2.5 bathrooms including a Jacuzzi-style bathtub in one and a sauna in another. Ideal for groups traveling together, it is a block from the subway station and a block from the gigantic Prospect Park and all its attractions! It is located near playgrounds, Prospect Park Zoo, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores.
The triplex home's entrance is on the ground floor. The first room is a spacious living room furnished with sofa, coffee table, television with cable channels and DVD player. There is a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all necessary items to cook. There is a round table with chairs to the side of the kitchen and plenty sunlight coming in from the back windows. From the kitchen there is a door which opens up into a backyard/terrace with BBQ to help you enjoy the summer months. Next to the kitchen there is a smaller room used as an office with a desk and chair. There is also a half bathroom with a toilet and sink on this floor.
The upper level or second floor contains the master bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a king size bed, decorative fireplace and its own private master bathroom. This bathroom has a sink, a Hammam shower and a deep Jacuzzi-style bathtub. Facing the street, there is also a second bedroom (Bedroom 2) with two single beds, a double size pull-out sofa bed and a large corridor with closets on each side.
The basement level contains a third bedroom furnished with a queen bed, television and closet space. There is a third bathroom equipped with sink, toilet, a full size sauna and a hot steam (Hammam) shower.

The 7 Avenue / 9 Street subway station is served by lines F and G. The F train will take you to Manhattan, through the trendy Lower East Side, Midtown Manhattan, and all the way to Queens.
