It is located on the third floor (considered 2nd by Europeans) of a low-rise walk-up townhouse on 52nd street & 2nd Avenue. The building is equipped with an Intercom security system.
Entering the apartment you will have the living area on your right side. This air-conditioned room is furnished with a king size bed and a sofa. There is a flat screen TV with cable for your entertainment and WiFi internet is available. The open kitchen is equipped with the basic appliances and two electric burners, however there is no formal oven. There is a dining table seating teo to enjoy your prepared meals. Next to the kitchen you can enter the bathroom with bathtub / shower, WC, vanity sink and mirror. Towels and linen are provided during your stay. There is a window in every room, including the bathroom, which allow in lots of natural light!
The Midtown East location of this studio apartment is perfect if you want to stay in a central area of Manhattan. The apartment is close to many well-known New York attractions like:
Living in Midtown Manhattan offers a lot of advantages, but you might need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the country's most chaotic city and just kick back and relax. In that case you can take a stroll down the East River (2 blocks away) or walk 0.8 miles (1.4 km) to Central Park. With its vast green spaces and beautiful landscape, it offers an oasis in the heart of Manhattan and will make you will feel like you have left the city!
The closest subway station is just around the corner on Lexington Avenue / 53 Street. This station runs the E and M lines that can take you further downtown and to other boroughs, including Queens and Brooklyn. Or you can walk two blocks to the 51 Street / Lexington Avenue station and take the 6 train.
Please note that the floors in some of the units in this building are slightly slanted. Also, the heating system is radiator steam, which can cause loud clanging when in use during the cold season.

Everything of very excellent level. The only improvement to be kindly suggested is to have a better quality of wi fi signal. |
