Less than a block away (under 100m) is the Highline Park, an elevated park with an acclaimed design that turns an early 20th century overhead freight railway into an aerial pedestrian ribbon connecting the West Village, the Meatpacking District, Chelsea and Midtown. Along the river three blocks away is the recently completed Hudson River Park, a beautiful landscaped esplanade along the Hudson River with bike and roller-blading lanes, park benches, renovated piers, lawns and spectacular views of downtown Manhattan. Hello, Nick. I am so pleased that you and your friends enjoyed your stay in the loft. It is difficult to capture in photographs the size of the space so I think clients are often surprised that it is so expansive. It is also unusual to have such an unobstructed view of the Highline. Thanks so much for your positive review. |

Christine, I know that you had a wonderful stay. I work hard to make the space beautiful and it is. Of course, the construction is something that is not in my control. They are building , not directly across the street, but between 19th and 20th st. on the west side of Tenth Avenue. I am between 18th and 19th St. on the west side of Tenth Avenue. |

I really enjoyed the apartment. It is located in a very charming neighborhood between Chelsea and Meatpacking with little cafés and shops and galleries around the corner, right in the middle of Manhattan, so that both uptown and downtown are easily reachable. |
