Apartment is in GREAT location. Rent is fair considering the location and length of rental. Landlord is fabulous and I can't say enough good things about her! Friendly, responsive and always available to help. She even had a gourmet groceries and a bottle of wine in fridge the day I moved in! I wish I could have stayed longer but my needs changed so uptown I went :( |

I could not have envisioned a better experience than the one we had with this apartment. The landlord was wonderful, caring and friendly. She checked in regularly with us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. She sincerely wanted to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone! |

Very nice apartment, fantastic area. The host is an extremely kind and friendly lady. Only small downside: the noise at night from the air conditioners from the hospital across the street (but hardly noticeable with the windows closed). |

It was a pleasure having Carlo as a guest and thank you for the friendly compliment! Regarding the air conditioning sound mentioned, the summer does bring some amount of air conditioning sound to the block but it is not due to the "hospital", it is more likely due to having Google's NY headquarters across the street. |

I liked the apartment a lot: nicely furnished, fully equipped (the sofa bed is more comfortable than you would think), well located (Highline, Chelsea Market and Meatpacking District round the corner), well served (several subway stations nearby) and in a quiet area. |

In sum, great apartment. Is slightly larger than what the pictures make you believe. Fantastic location. Overall very clean and with nice furniture. Only negative is the lack of a proper bed. I would rent again and can recommend this place. |
