The owners were generally sensible and accommodating. I appreciated the communication between us and the sincerity they showed. I enjoyed my stay, however there were a couple of issues that prevented me from rating the apartment a 10 overall. We were off to a rough start but the owners managed to solve most of the issues with the dryer, refrigerator not working, and requested an AC as one was listed in the lease. The A/C turned out to be a giant fan that sounded like an AC but did not operate like one. During the summer, it was frustrating because it was cooler to have the "A/C" off and open a window instead.
