Overall, me and my girlfriend had a great stay in this apartment. Floyd is a great landlord who's really flexible, friendly and ready to help at any time. We ended up staying in the apartment on the first floor, rather than the top floor. The apt was clean and everything looked great. |

At first glance, we liked the apartment. It is located not far from a subway station, very convenient since it takes you directly about eveywhere uptown. Although the neighborhood is a bit grim, we had a good time. Yet we found a few details somewhat baffling. |
