I spent 10 months in this apartment. The landlady was kind and receptive, she was always there to help us out. The apartment is a 20 minute-ride from Manhattan on the metro, the rent is very affordable, especially for this size. I strongly recommend it if you are looking for a place to live in New York. You will find a supermarket and a gym two blocks from there. You will not regret your choice. |

Overall, I am happy with this apartment, the owner welcomed us very nicely and was always available if we needed anything. At first, the neighborhood didn't seem great, but the people are friendly and the area is safe. |

I am a first time user of this exchange. The young ladies were my second booking however the first tenants to stay. As Céline states I am always available if anything is needed. |
