A fantastic stay. The landlady has been incredibly kind and hospitable. The neighborhood is safer than I thought it would be, although it's still smart to be careful. Overall the experience was very very good, easy, and highly recommended. |

The apartment is ok. But the TV and the living room chair needs a replacement. |

Thank you Titilope for taking the time to write a review on my apartment. I can upgrade the television to the latest flat screen model as you did mention to me during your stay in the apartment. Most people will find the futon in the living room more comfortable than a sofa bed. I can also upgrade to a sofa bed. The amenities are all new, yet not very expensive and the building of itself is considered a newly constructed home. |

20 min on the subway from Manhattan's southernmost point, Kingston Throop is a rather decent neighborhood. A lot of stores (grocery, supermarket, fast food) and the subway are very close to the apartment - 3-5 min walk - which is very convenient. |

Negative aspect: disappointed with the look of the building currently under renovation works, and of the garden which doesn't look like the photos. lack of storage space. |

The outdoor walls of the apartment were in a construction preparation of a face lift. The plants and flowers in the garden have grown as expected. |

My stay in that studio was great. The enviroment and location was optimal and Alsuna, the owner, was taking care all the time of us. |
