Don't miss the opportunity to check out this great studio rental in Bushwick, just blocks from two different subway stations. Furnished with all the necessities, this apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (1st floor for Europeans) of a pretty townhouse with bay windows (same as the 1st European floor). The walk-up building has four floors overall, and dates back to the turn of the 20th century, though has been thoroughly modernized.
Blond and light wood furnishings create a cohesive effect, complimenting the light wood floors, and high ceilings give a feeling of space in the studio. The double sleigh bed is in the middle of the main room, facing the dresser with the small flat screen television on top. Three bay windows allow in light from the northwest during the day, and give views across the tree-lined street. There is a small dining table next to the kitchen, which can also be used as a desk, with two chairs for when you have a guest. The kitchen has its own space, and is tiled for easy clean-up, with a gas stove, full refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a small console with a microwave and coffee maker. You'll find the full bathroom off of the kitchen, with a pedestal sink and tiled shower stall.
You'll find this townhouse near the intersection of Bushwick Avenue and Chauncey Street, part of the Bushwick area of Brooklyn. This neighborhood has a range of things to offer, from calm residential streets like your own, to more commercial thoroughfares such as Broadway. Your immediate area offers plenty of day-to-day conveniences, such as a C-Town supermarket 1.5 blocks away and Little Munchies, a pizzeria, about 3 blocks from the apartment on Decatur Street and Evergreen Avenue. To check out the bar scene, hop on the L train and head 3 or 4 stops north, where you have Tandem bar, known for their dance room and cocktails, off the Jefferson Stop, or Northeast Kingdom, which is also a restaurant and live music venue! If you stay on the L train, you will hit the popular Williamsburg, a great place for concerts and shopping, and eventually you'll be in Manhattan on 14th Street! You can access lower Manhattan with the J train that is just a bit over 2 blocks away, offering a good alternative depending on where your destination is in NYC. Living in Brooklyn is a great way to see all the facets of New York living.

This apartment comes completely furnished. Ideal for a student or somebody who is staying in the city for a predetermined amount of time. It is located at reasonable walking distance from a couple supermarkets, laundromats, delis and some stores. Also, there are two subway stations around it connecting to Manhattan and Queens (J and L trains). |

I loved the sense of community in the neighborhood. It was very quiet. The apartment it self was very clean and the property manager was very kind, prompt, and helpful. The only complaint that I had was that there are none. Hahaha, but I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the vacation rentals to friends and family wh want the NY experience!!! |

David was very nice to us, he dealt with every single request we had and always the right way, with professionalism and commitment. Cleanliness in the common areas could be improved (hallway, interior staircase) |
