I really liked the apartment, it was well equipped and it is very comfortable.
Also Viviana is a very responsive landlady which made it better.

It is a very nice apartment located in a very practical neighbourhood. It is close to the line L of the underground and you can reach Manhattan in 40 minutes.
The neighbours are very kind and the owner is very helpful in case you need anything. The only problem is that the apartment is on the second floor, so you can hear the neighbours talking in the street or when they go out to smoke at night or late at night.

Anyway, it is a good option in NY!
