Lined with hardwood floors, the living room features southern exposed windows to allow in plenty of natural light. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table situated in front of the windows. For your entertainment there is a TV with cable access, and WiFi internet as well as air conditioning in the summer months are available throughout the apartment. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals at home in the tiled kitchen, including a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Between the living room and the bedroom you will find a small carpeted room with a full size futon for additional guests. The furnishing of the carpeted bedroom creates a comfortable atmosphere and will make you feel at home! Featuring two windows with a northern exposure, a queen size bed and a desk, it also has a small accent table that nicely complements the room décor and is perfect to hold magazines, a drink or a reading light while you relax and read your book sitting on the designer chair. This three-bedroom apartment puts you conveniently close to Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue, two shopping thoroughfares in the neighborhood, respectively seven and nine blocks away. A laundromat is located three blocks north on Putnam Avenue. If you like to dine out this location has a lot of restaurants for all tastes! For southern American cuisine, head 5 blocks northeast to the Zagat rated restaurant Peaches. If you prefer seafood, Celestino is only 0.2 miles (320 meters) away and combines refined food with a laid-back and Brooklyn-y vibe. Or head in the opposite direction to the beaches of Far Rockaway. Alternatively, you can walk five blocks to the Halsey Street / Broadway station and take the J or Z line that will take you take you to lower Manhattan.
